Archbishop Vincent Nichols to speak to all schools a week before ‘The Big Assembly’!

Today we have some exciting news about a special opportunity for schools that will be taking place one week before ‘The Big Assembly’.

Archbishop Vincent Nichols, Archbishop of Westminster will send a message to every school for the start of the academic year on Friday 10th September at 10.30am. You can watch the broadcast live at www.thepapalvisit.org.uk (this is the same web address that will be used for the live broadcast of ‘The Big Assembly’).

Please make use of this opportunity for your students to be addressed directly by the Archbishop of Westminster. This broadcast will be a great way of helping students prepare for the Holy Father’s visit, one week before Pope Benedict XVI is at St Mary’s University College for ‘The Big Assembly’ itself.
