Happy holidays!

Most schools finish for the summer today so happy holidays if you’ve just reached the end of term.

All places for schools have now been allocated by Dioceses and all participants should have completed their accreditation information by now. If you’re lucky enough to have a place at ‘The Big Assembly’ then you’ll be hearing more practical information about timings, what to bring and how to prepare in September. In the meantime enjoy your summer break!

If you’re not able to come to ‘The Big Assembly’ then remember that your school will still be able to join in. The Bishops of England and Wales would like every Catholic school to watch the event live online on the day. They are also keen for you to invite parents, governors and parishioners into school to join you for this historic occasion. Please start planning for this now and do let us know how the celebrations go!

The Big Assembly team will be working through the summer so the blog will still be updated over the next few weeks! Keep checking back for all of the latest news about the plans for the education event in September.
